Information and Communication Technologies 

The ICT’s ( Information and Communication Technologies) are any product that stores, manipulates, transmits, or receives information. In this case I’m going to talk about ICT’s in school. The ICT’s in school are a positive impact, even its hard to mesure the students progress.

• iPads: An iPad is an efficient tool for students to improve their life’s in school; one benefit of  this is that you can carry all your book in your iPad.
• Projectors: The projectors can be efficient for the entire class because they help you see, what your teacher is doing, you also help the world because you don’t threw away markers.
• School apps:  the school apps for your iPad, computer or other device help you to get the worksheets, homework, etc, easier.  They can also help you when you need to deliver a work but you are in your house, your teacher will receive it immediately.
• WiFi: This is a tool you can use in every section for ICT’s but for school is helpful because it’s the one that helps you do everything, dowland books, documents, etc.
• Machines that check exams: These machines work when you introduce a test( the ones you just need to fill the circles) and the machine already knows the answers, so it makes the teachers job easier
• Interactive boards: Is a whiteboard but it projects something from a connected computer, then the students can write on the board with an special pointer( pencil).
• Interactive tables: These are like big tablets that are attached to the table, and they can be used by up to 6 kids. One of the reasons they were created was to teach students how to debate between them.
• Multimedia:  These was created to avoid kids get bored. Some examples of this are DVD’s, TV’s, etc. They are not as new as the other ones but in the past they were ICT’s.

MY OPINION

I think the ICT’s are important in sour life but they are more important in education, because it’s where we start. Also it’s important to know of of the reasons they exist is to make our life easier, but we don’t need to abuse or that then we will  turn in lazy people. In conclusion I don’t know what would I do without ICT’s.

CHALLENGE #2 INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES

Business: 

1)When people who work at an office communicate through Email.

2)Use  computers to manage their work even when they are not at an office, an example is people who work at their house.

3)Using social media to communicate their work, or post examples of what they sell.

Medicine:

1)The x rays machines, make easier detect if you have something wrong inside your body.

2)Wheelchair is another innovation that makes you move easier, when you are hurt.

3)little operations made with robots that are controlled by the doctor.

School:

1)The projectors that are used at school to project works so all the class can see.

2) The books online, you can have a hundred book but you don’t hurt your back because you have them online

3) Apps for school, where you can delivery projects even you are not at school.

Transportation:

1)Self-drive cars, they drive without you, you can be seated even sleep, and the car will go to the destiny

2)Self Stop: You drive them, but if you get distracted the car stop it self.

3)hybrid cars:This cars, were made for people to contaminate less, they don’t use gas.

What’s the internet? It’s a network that allows people to communicate and thoughts transmit via virus

What’s a browser? It’s another type of software that allows you to locate web pages, and some example of it are Firefox, chrome, opera,Microsoft internet, safari

What is search engine?  It’s a tool that connects via World Wide Web where you enter keywords or key phrases and you got a list of content with the word you typed and some examples are yahoo, google,

What is a cloud service? It provides many Mi services wher you you can keeep your information in a cloud and you can access directly from a web browser and some examples are iCloud, Dropbox

The serie is about a guy who has autism, and his life is difficult for  because he wants a girlfriend but he falls in love with his therapist who is pregnat, after that a girl that likes him asked him out, her mom cheated on his dad because she was desperate because of her sons issues. I like it because of the guy problems and how he dont care and when he cares he knows how to solve them

MAN: This network is for an entire city or campus

WAN: Is for a large geographical area

What are information and communication technologies?
 Information technology can be web browsers like google chrome, safari, google, fire fox and you can find them on the internet, also are super useful but you need to be careful that the information is not a hoax. And communication technology can be the phone, an iPad, a Mac, a computer, social media or another think that can put you in contact with other one. People use infotmation and communication technologies in almost every single stage of the their life like in work, in hood an example can be our school that uses iPads, at home and in your free time, etc. I also use information technology and communication technology  how? Well doing my works and homeworks in my iPad, also in my free time I watch movies or series in movies sites for example Netflix. This 2 types of thechnology  are useful for our daily life’s but they maybe also disconnect us from the real world. Another useful way  to use technological and communication technologies is health the past years in that aspects technology has advanced a lot you can make a simple operation with a little machine controlled by the doctor.
